Regardless if you want it to happen it will happen. Those of you who own Blackberries can attest to this statement: if you own a Blackberry, you will form an addiction. Some are more addicted than others, treating their smart phone like a companion. Taking it to the bathroom, in the shower, or even going home if it has been forgotten. Regardless of the intensity, you will become addicted.
Once you have become acquainted with the latest extension of your body you will find there is more to this device than meets the eye. There are ways to personalize it and have it do exactly what you need it to do to complete your day. Is it going to pour you a glass of wine at the end of the day and rub your feet? No, I am sorry you need a butler for that. But I promise, it will come close.
On your new friend you will find something us Blackberry users (well most of us) cannot live without. Yes my friends I am referring to the Blackberry Messenger. This little feature connects you with Blackberry users all over the world. I have talked to people in Iraq, India, England, California, Canada, and even in my state of North Carolina. Since I am a "the glass is half full" kinda gal I would like to refer to this part of owning a Blackberry as an adventure. It is always interesting to meet new people and learn new things. That is the positive. Now, lets talk about the negative. There is always the possibility of running into unsavory messenger buddies. These are the people who prey on the normal Blackberry users. Although they do present a slight aggravation their sheer existence brings humor to our lives and a great story to tell your drinking buddies. I have plenty of stories to share will you but first we must begin with Paddygirl.
